My 515th video is titled “Billie Jean King’s Philadelphia Freedoms.” This video features the legendary Billie Jean King, Paul Auday of Sports Rhymes, Freedoms Coach Craig Kardon, Freedoms Director of Player Personnel and Community Engagement Judy Murray, and five tennis players on the Freedoms: Raquel Atawo, Adrian Menendez-Maceiras, Fabrice Martin, Taylor Townsend, and Donald Young!

Weatta Frazier Collins founded The Legacy Exists, the Joe Frazier Scholarship Fund, which is named in honor of her father, Joe Frazier. “Smokin’ Joe” Frazier was a Philadelphia boxing legend and a heavyweight champion! Also, Joe Frazier appeared in the original Rocky movie, and there is a statue of him at Philadelphia’s Xfinity Live! So, my 507th video features a question to Weatta about her dad.

Vernon Earl Monroe attended John Bartram High School in Philadelphia. Guard “Earl the Pearl” Monroe helped the New York Knicks win the 1972-1973 NBA championship, and he was later inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame!
