101. Jimmy Johnson
During his NFL career, Jimmy Johnson played on San Francisco’s offense and defense! So, my 101st video features him. Thanks to Stephanie Simon for filming the poem.
100. Renel Brooks-Moon
There were some awesome public address announcers. My favorite one was the Philadelphia 76ers’ Dave Zinkoff. His introduction of Julius Erving was specatacular! Also, an outstanding Oakland Athletics’ public address announcer was Roy Steele.
Currently, there are three amazing public address announcers. In Philadelphia, the fabulous Flyers feature Lou Nolan, and the Eagles & Phillies feature Dan Baker. Finally, a spectacular San Francisco Giants’ public address announcer is Renel Brooks-Moon.
So, my 100th video features Renel Brooks-Moon! Thanks to Derek Mirabueno for filming the question.
99. Orlando Cepeda
Not only was Orlando Cepeda a 1967 World Series champion and a Hall of Famer, but also the San Francisco Giants retired his jersey number thirty. So, my ninety-ninth video features him. Thanks to Derek Mirabueno for filming the poem.

97. Larry King
Not only is Larry King an amazing journalist, but also he is a sports fan! Therefore, my ninety-seventh video features him. Thanks to Steve Jenkins for filming this video.
96. George Atkinson and Fred Biletnikoff
On January 9, 1977, Super Bowl XI occurred in Pasadena, California. In that contest, the Oakland Raiders defeated the Minnesoata Vikings. Due to Fred Biletnikoff’s four receptions for 79 yards, he earned the MVP Award. In addition, Oakland’s starting strong safety was George Atkinson. So, my ninety-sixth video features them. Thanks to Matt Tadevich for filming the question.
95. The Mickey Hart Band’s “Jersey Shore”
My ninety-fifth video featues the Mickey Hart Band’s “Jersey Shore.” Not only is this spectacular song dedicated to The Shore, but also to its people. As a matter of fact, Greg Roman, the San Francisco 49ers’ offensive coordinator, is from the South Jersey Shore!
94. Ryan Vogelsong
My ninety-fourth video features a question about hockey to San Francisco’s Ryan Vogelsong. As a matter of fact, hockey players will soon compete in the 2014 Winter Olympics. Thanks to Bryan Hewitt for filming the question.
93. Buster Posey
When San Francisco won their two titles, “Buster” Posey earned an award in each of those seasons. In 2010, he was named the NL Rookie of the Year. Then, in 2012, Posey earned the NL MVP Award. So, my ninety-third video features him. Thanks to Bryan Hewitt for filming the question.
92. Jeremy Affeldt, Dave Dravecky, and Pablo Sandoval 12/24/13

90. Dusty Baker
In Game Five of the 2002 World Series, which I attended, “Dusty” Baker’s son, Darren, was San Francisco’s batboy. In the seventh inning, Darren was almost run over at home plate. Fortunately, the Giants’ J.T. Snow picked Darren up, so he was safe. Since Darren was only three years old, Major League Baseball then required batboys to be at least fourteen years old. Thus, the “Darren Baker Rule” was established. So, my ninetieth video features Darren and “Dusty” Baker.
89. Kevin Johnson
Kevin Johnson was an amazing basketball player for the Cal Bears and Phoenix Suns. Currently, he is Sacramento’s mayor. As a matter of fact, due to his extraordinary efforts, the Kings didn’t move to Seattle, so their basketball team will remain in Sacramento! Thus, my eighty-ninth video features part of Johnson’s induction speech into the Sacramento Sports Hall of Fame.

87. Tim Flannery and Bob Weir “Loser”
“Two World Series Trophies”
From 1901 through 1954, there were two baseball teams in Philadelphia: the Athletics and Phillies. During this era, the Athletics won five Fall Classics. Also, from July 4, 1938 through 1954, the Athletics and Phillies shared a stadium. Although the Phillies didn’t win a World Series while the Athletics played in the “City of Brotherly Love,” they later won Fall Classics in 1980 and 2008.
Since 1968, there have been two baseball teams in the Bay Area: the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giants. Before San Francisco won their two World Series titles, Oakland won four Fall Classics.
On January 25, 2013, I attended Tim Flannery’s concert in Mill Valley, California. Not only is Tim a super San Francisco coach, but also he is a great guitarist. During “Loser,” he played marvelous music with the Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir while both of San Francisco’s World Series trophies were displayed on the Sweetwater Stage. So, my eighty-seventh video features this historic moment!
Even though the Athletics won more Fall Classics than their previous neighbor and current one, the Giants and Phillies possess superb stadiums. At Citizens Bank Park, you can see Ashburn Alley, the Philadelphia Baseball Wall of Fame, and the Phillie Phanatic. At AT&T Park, you can see spectacular views, McCovey Cove, and the San Francisco Giants Wall of Fame. For a franchise that has won nine championships, the Athletics deserve a new or renovated stadium!
