67. Joe Kapp
After attending the University of California at Berkeley, the following four quarterbacks started Super Bowls: Joe Kapp, Craig Morton, Vince Ferragamo, and Aaron Rodgers. As a matter of fact, that is a record for the most quarterbacks from one college to start a Super Bowl.
