Oakland Athletics
When the Oakland A’s won the 1989 World Series, their general manager was Sandy Alderson. As a matter of fact, Steve Kettmann wrote an informative book about Alderson, Baseball Maverick. Therefore, my 237th video features Kettmann. Thanks to Scott Werner for filming the question.
From 1972 to 1974, the Oakland Athletics won three consecutive Fall Classic. One of their superb, starting pitchers was Ken Holtzman! So, my 106th video features him.
