In 1989, the San Francisco Giants won the National League pennant! Eight Giants on the pennant-winning team were pitchers Atlee Hammaker, Don Robinson, and Dave Dravecky, center fielder Brett Butler, left fielder and NL MVP Kevin Mitchell, first baseman and NLCS MVP Will Clark, catcher Terry Kennedy, and second baseman Robby Thompson. Therefore, my 523rd video features them.

From 1991 through 1999, linebacker William Thomas played for the Philadelphia Eagles, and then in 2000 and 2001, he played for the Oakland Raiders! So, my 522nd video features him.

The Stray Cats are an awesome American band! Some of the group’s superb songs are “Cat Fight (Over a Dog Like Me),” “Stray Cat Strut,” and “Rock This Town.” Therefore, my 521st video features them.

Singer Frankie Valli was a band member of the legendary Four Seasons! Some of the band’s hit songs are “Sherry,” “Rag Doll,” and “Let’s Hang On.” In addition, Frankie Valli recorded a terrific tune, “Grease,” which is also the name of the classic 1978 movie. So, my 520th video features a Frankie Valli performance.

Tommy James & The Shondells produced some incredible songs, like “Draggin’ the Line,” “I Think We’re Alone Now,” “Crimson & Clover,” and “Mony Mony.” So, my 519th video features a performance of these four songs, along with a question to Tommy James and his response!

Right-handed starting pitcher Tommy Greene helped the Philadelphia Phillies win the 1993 National League pennant, and right-handed relief pitcher Brad Lidge helped the Philadelphia Phillies win the 2008 World Series! So, my 518th video features them.

In 2019, the Arena Football League (AFL) team based in New Jersey was the Atlantic City Blackjacks. The club’s mascot was the Jack of Spades, and the role of the mascot was played by Dorian Gilmer! So, my 517th video features him. Thanks to Todd Hanggeli for filming the couplet.

From 1977 through 1986, Ron “Jaws” Jaworski was a quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. In the 1980 season, he led the Eagles to a 12-4 record and a Super Bow appearance! So, my 516th video features him. Thanks to Ray Dudo for filming the poem.

My 515th video is titled “Billie Jean King’s Philadelphia Freedoms.” This video features the legendary Billie Jean King, Paul Auday of Sports Rhymes, Freedoms Coach Craig Kardon, Freedoms Director of Player Personnel and Community Engagement Judy Murray, and five tennis players on the Freedoms: Raquel Atawo, Adrian Menendez-Maceiras, Fabrice Martin, Taylor Townsend, and Donald Young!
